my tenant is refusing to pay gst amount on rent , what should i do ?

Is the rented property residential or non-residential?
non residential .
Liability to pay GST is over supplier...... at the same time you should convince the tenant about availability of ITC of the GST paid (provided he is also registered).
Otherwise no other option..... but treat rent as inclusive of GST.......... or change the tenant.
