In GST portal can I find IGST input tax details on imports??

No, you can't see. No one will upload such invoices into portal.

Details on recipient portal for ITC is available only supplier file his Return . But in case of Import , the Recepeint himself pay the IGST & avail the ITC for the same ie RCM

No... Import related IGST not showing/available in GSTR 2A. We can claim ourselves for the IGST Tax in GSTR 3B return...
Also the same in rcm taxes..

IGST on import is paid by recipient. This amount is not shown in GSTR-2A
Previosly 18% IGST were applied on Imports of scientific instruments. What is the present rate?
Yes we can check Import materials IGST, in GSTR2B, in XL sheet col. IMPG worksheet. This wr sheet will display, BOE no , date , Assessable Value and IGST amount. This IGST amount is auto populated and will appear in ITC - Imports Col in GSTR3B
