u can register now itself....... ur attempt wil be at dec-2008,  before that u need to write CC papers............

ICWAI helds examination on  June & December.............

For Appear june -2008 exame u need to register  before December-2007 & u must complete ur CC papers before feb-2009. and  For December-2009  attempt u need to register before June-2009.

Any query dont think twice to ask.......

yea upcourse  he can do .......

once he complete his Graduation he can directly rigister for CWA INTERMEDIATE.......

otherwise he must  Qualify CWA Foundation Course before appearing into INTER Exam

so its advisable him to first complete his graduation...
