ICSI in a path breaking decision relaxed the TEST PAPER / RESPONSE SHEET requirement. Instead of 3 test paper per subject, hereafter ONLY ONE TEST PAPER is required to be send as response sheets by CS Executive/Final Students.

why did ICSI took so long to decide when they knew that students are not taking it seriously. infact it should be completely abolished
