i think icai dis time will declare results b4 19th july becoz on caresults.nic.in site the following line appears "results likely to be announced soon" instead of date 19th

NO. . Its usual practice of ICAI to write "likely to be". . . .but yes it may happen that insted of 2pm, icai wil declare result @ 12pm
3 -4 days also fall in "soon " category in eyes of ICAI.................
