Hey guys I need an update on this & not only me but many would benefit from it...!!
The ICAI Residential programme on personality development which is of 2-3 months, is it worth it...??
I've heard that those who have attended this course are offered 40-50% more packages than the normal CA passout. Also their interviews are taken seperately. In short I've heard that they are given preference over the other CAs..!!
