I wish to know that if supplier and buyer with in same state and delivery in others State then which GST will applicable cgst +sgst. or igst

IGST will apply, because goods are moved from inter state instead of intra state.
if Intra state - cgst + sgst
inter state - IGST

how you ll make invoice ? where you mention buyer GSTIN in invoice?

Have you ever purchase from material from E-commerce like Amazon, Flipkart. On that Invoice you will found Bill to ship to and vendor details of seller. Just like that roll of buyer but some changes in GST. Hope, your doubts are clear.
