I wish to know that if supplier and buyer with in same state and delivery in others State then which GST will applicable cgst +sgst. or igst

CGST & SGST. BCOZ BUYER IN SAME STATE.
IGST will apply, because goods are moved from inter state instead of intra state.
if Intra state - cgst + sgst
inter state - IGST
if Intra state - cgst + sgst
inter state - IGST
igst place of supply is important
then what roll of buyer?
how you ll make invoice ? where you mention buyer GSTIN in invoice?
Have you ever purchase from material from E-commerce like Amazon, Flipkart. On that Invoice you will found Bill to ship to and vendor details of seller. Just like that roll of buyer but some changes in GST.
