I want to know about epf

That means   I am not falling under the Epf category an employer cannot deducted epf from my salalry.Am i right sir.

If the basic salary is upto 15000/- your employer is bound to deduct EPF if he is registered.

ok thank you  very much madam. i want to know about challan is it to be uploaded after uloading of ECR or before it.

So , employer is eligible to deducted the epf from my salary.

What is eps i thing it should not deducted from my salary.???
