I want to know about epf
SIR,
My Basic salary is below Rs 6500 that is only Rs 6000 is employer is eligible to deducted an epf amount from me.or not

That means I am not falling under the Epf category an employer cannot deducted epf from my salalry.Am i right sir.
If the basic salary is upto 15000/- your employer is bound to deduct EPF if he is registered.
ok thank you very much madam. i want to know about challan is it to be uploaded after uloading of ECR or before it.
So , employer is eligible to deducted the epf from my salary.
What is eps i thing it should not deducted from my salary.???
