in 2/4/12, I borrowed Hemant Shah official Cash in Income tax return 4 Lacs as a loan. Hemant Shah cheques was returned. I won in Negotiable Instrument 138 Hemant Shah, Judgment to pay me 4 Lacs & 1years jail. he went to session Court, Still case is running. Income tax Order also. his advocate said that's in one day only 20000 can give to anybody. but in loan laws was in 2012 Cash Loan is allowed. please kindly guide me. thanks with regards hope Shailesh Parikh Ahmedabad 7874077556

what IT order you got?

IT act is different than negotiable instrument act. Do you have the receipt of the amount received by cash, as issued by the borrower? That should be valid proof, not your IT return.

In 2012, there was no restriction over cash loans under IT act. Yes, agreed, receipt with revenue stamp must be in hand.

He gave cheques after 1 years of 3 cheques in one bank, 1Lacs × 3 & 2 cheuqes of another bank 50000×2. But All cheques are returned, so sir , Is it valid proof? in friendship, I had not got receipt but after 1 year same 4 lacs RS . Cheques ware return.
Negotiable Instrument court gave Judgement in favor of Mines. 4 lacs RS. pay to me & 1 years Jail. Hemant Shah went to session Court. Thanks with regards hope to guide me.
