I was in depression for many years and now when I am recovering I found there are lot of changes that has happened.
I feel outdated when it comes to use of computer or mobile.
Is there anyone who can help me out.
Personally I feel technology makes life lifeless.
But I need to learn it because basics are always important.
I feel embarrassed due to this setback.

There is no point of feeling embarrassed, you just have to start with all your positive mindset.

Best part is your zeal & right high spirit to decide as stated by colleague to give an fresh start attempt, as you know there are plenty guys who had got their attempts lost in waste due to 1 paper just for some uncanny reasons so comparably you still in better position to utilise your earlier time better & now giving fresh start. Keep that spirit high and hope to one day stand high in your life.
