Can any one tell me the date of birth/formation of HUF.
Is it the date of marriage or the birth of the 1st child

HUF is automatically created at hte time of Marriage.Teh minimum no. of members required is two who can be a husband and wife.They don't have to wait til they have a baby to constitute a HUF.
