HUF property sale
if the karta of HUF wants to sell to outsider or gift HUF property to one of the coparceners, what is the procedure and who will be consent givers and signatories. can karta do it on his own

Karta can sell HUF property (for mutual benefit of all the members); but cannot gift it to any of its coparcener/s.
