My father's huf has the old white PAN card, it is mentioned therein that the date of incorporation is 02-10-1989, but i am unable to register at the income tax site with it, what should be the first name, middle name, surname in case of a huf, also hw can i apply for the new tamper proof PAN card?

It shd be same as at time applied for and there a correction form avl on net which u can use for correction on pan
HUF can not have first name or middle name. Type entire name in surname column only.

i think, HUF have only sir name. no first or middle name. Try online registration with this option.
