Hello ,
My father has age 61 (retired from govt. service) and have a taxable income with pension and intrest and other income.
Me and My Wife And My Mother also doing service.
so i am asking for , how to create HUF is good? means with my father as karta or me as a karta?
In addition after creating HUF with karta is my father, can my father transfer money to HUF account and yes it is taxable?
i just want to save tax by use of HUF. so please guide me on this issue
