huf deposit
in partnership firm i had recieved loan/deposits from huf person now i want pay back them partly amount can i pay them partly by cheque or i can only pay full payment by cheqe

Y not. You can accept or repay loan through mode other than cash
it should be account payee cheque or account payee dd. ECS also permitted
yeah my advocate tell me that you cant repay your loan in partial payment you have to do only full payment
is there any rules like that
