Dear Sir,
It's not practical to state all things over here... one can guide you practically, otherwise, theoretically this thing would not work... your problem would not be solved....
However, generally, i could say that also download FVU file from the tin-nsdl site.. so that you could validate the return.. and you should also download the challans....
