Please help me to know how I can surrender TAN. Business is continue & turnover is less than 40 lakhs. Therefore want to surrender TAN.
Please let me know the procedure and application form.

No surender is not possible.
You have to file NIl returns.
You can surrender your TAN with a written application. A sample application attached herewith.
