How to submit gst form online

I already fill GST Form online and at the end of form there is option of submit, DSC Submit, E-signature Submit, Then i click on Normal Submitt Button. Then also receive a message "You have sucessfully save in daft. then what i should to do next???

u will have to sign by dsc or esign. bt e sign options is disabled
