How to learn?

Learn the basics. You may read your study material or on internet. Search for 'basics of taxation', like what, why, how, types, etc. For practice questions, your study material is enough, or you can visit ICAI BOS Knowledge portal and can download practice manual of taxation of IPCC level. If you stay curious and get the idea of concept instead of getting lost in the words, that would be great! Good luck :)

I would suggest you to buy classes of any CA IPCC teacher online and self study at home. It will give you knowledge about how do we study law and how we relate sections.
