how to get a banking job

Hi,

I am a Cost Accountant with around 3 years of post qualification experience in Accounting ,though in total my experience would count to app 5 years on basis of pre-qualification basis.

I want to know ,do the banks entertain the application of an individual who has no banking experience and can I get a analyst role in the banks?

Dear anupam,

Yes banks entertain individuals without banking exp.

nd yap u can get anything, jus need to find way, rather than asking...

U didn't specified, whether u want to go for indian banks or Outsourcing domain...

Assuming indian banks, ul have to go through the ariel rout of entrance, though some privte sector banks like Barclays, Yes Bank etc. conduct interviews for Process developer, Reserch Analyst nd Business developer positions...
