How to file itr - 2 on income tax website

Hi,
Could someone please provide me how to file Income Tax ITR-2 online

1. When I go to website of https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in, under the dropdown menu tab efile, Prepare and Submit Online ITR, it is not showing ITR-2, could you let me know what is the reason for that it shows ITR-1 and ITR-4 only but I need ITR-2 which it is not showing for online filing.

2. There is another under dropdown munue tab efile, Upload Return, under which there is an Option - Attach the ITR XML File but how do i do it.  I can upload pdf or word file.  How to go about upload

Would appreciate help in both the options and how to upload a word file or pdf file when they are asking for attaching XML File.
