How to do audit of listed private limited company

Listed Private Limited Company??!!!!

sir sir sir......... hatsoff sir........ u ve turned upside down the whole system sir....... awesome.. i ll remember this through out my life sir........ hw can  a company b private limited wen it is listed sir... basic requirement to get listed is to have minimum of 1000 members as per sebi guidelines... but private company can hav maximium of 50 members..... psl take a note.

Only public ltd companies can be listed
