HOW TO CHANGE NAME IN C.A INTERMEDIATE CERTIFICATE

Write an application to regional office. attach certified photo copy of the affidavit and gazet in which your name change has been authorized.

HI GOODMORNING SIR,my name isPEDDI THARUN am pursuing CA-IPCC my name was printed wrong in cpt marks sheet and ipcc registration but in intermediate memo also printed wrong as PEDDHI THARUN but when i was filling my cpt registration form i asked one of the member of icai about my name he said according to 10th memo you have to fill the name and i filled according to my 10th memo but in my cpt hall ticket my name was again mistaken as PEDDHI THARUN but i want to change my name in cpt marks memo and ipcc registration how i have to change??  please suggest answer which is helpful to me....thanking you                                                                                                                                                                              with regards......tharun
