hi yogesh... u can use any standard book for preparation.... however at final level it is expected to write the relevant sections in law and quote SA and clauses in audit and prof. ethics.

hi omresh, i too was very weak in theory subject. for law i would suggest if you could study from comprehensive law by  munish bhandari sir,it might seem a heavy book to study from, but then concepts and topics are in question answer form, and u would know how exactly you have to present your answers in a professional manner, and of course in next 2 months plxz try and revise them 3 times atleast, i knw m askin for too much, but its only because of this i manage to get an exemption. And for audit i would suggest if you could go though scanner and see the pattern, and study the answers from there, cause many a times in chapters like EDP, CIS, etc we tend to manipulate our anwers while losing the point, if u go thru scanners u will knw wot exactly the examiner wants. all the best :)

Yogesh, it is always difficult to score good marks in theory paper(s). This requires a lot of effort and practice in learning the art of presenting your papers, which shall impress the valuator, so that he can award you good marks. The substance of your answer must be to the point. A good comprehension skill and execution of planning is required to score good marks in theoretical papers.

Please understand the quality of your answer is essential to win the heart of the examiner. During the course of your preparation for the examination, try to make quick and important points and keep revising them at frequent intervals. Your notes must contain the important provision forming part of your answer in terms of correct section number, any rules to substantiate if necessary, case laws, Notification, circulars etc. Your answers must be precise with relevant information, which can be given in a bulleted form.

As these days there are lot of application oriented questions asked in the examination, you must have conceptual clarity in understanding the essence of the question and answer them accordingly. One must refrain from writing answers in a vague and amateurish manner. Learn the art of practicing theoretical questions by writing them on your scribbling pad, as this will improve your comprehension and writing abilities too. Have a key mantra of 3 R’s to do well during the course of your preparation – RECORD, RECALL, and REVISE

Stay focused and confident, good luck for your next attempt.

Munish Bhandari is very good for law but read allied law also from PM.

Personally i not liked Surabhi Bansal for audit, i think you may try another book also for audit.

And must go through PM in theory subject.

Mention Section number only if you are 101% sure about that other never mention and section number.

Stick to the Language used by Institute's Materials especially Practice Manual

How I can know chapter wise weight age of each subject to know impotence of each subject and prepare accordingly

I had used Munish Bhandari and Urvish Shah for Law and Audit Respectively. I got 51 and 40 in subject repectively...

You have to understand concept in both subject properly and you have to present answer in proper form.  I also suggest you to go through paper sollution so you get idea about answer presentation.

Use the pattern of writing answers as written in practice manual. First the provisions concerned, then relate the question with the provisions. Lastly the conclusion. This can be followed in case studies. Rest questions should be answered in points.
