How can raise fund from individuals byprivate limited company?
dear sir. we have a private limited company with rs.100000 share capital and some people wants to invest in our company without holding the position of director and member. so how can we raise fund from these individuals in our private limited company? please answer soon.

Assuming that your company has no free reserves and only rs. 100000 is there in the paid up capital account, following options may be exercised:-
a) Raise loans from them by executing Loan agreements on a non judicial stamp paper. Pay them the feasible rate of interests as prevailing in the market.
b) you may raise upto 35k only with this much capital as an unsecured deposit, if you want to take deposits.
c) debentures may be issued to them.
