today I had a breakfast in a hotel and their bill mentioned as composite tax 5% pay dealer
did they collected tax from me

They cannot collect tax based on composition...!

pay tax only when CGST or SGST is mentioned on the bill..
Also, service charges to be paid is optional...not mandatory..!
