Hospitals and Nursing homes.
Is gst applicable to hospitals and Nursing ?? Do they need to register for the gst ??

Health care services are exempt under GST. But any other services/supply like sale of medicines etc. are taxable. So, in case aggregate turnover of both taxable & exempt supply exceed 20/10 lakhs then registration is mandatory. If only exempted supply, not mandatory to register.
