no you can't take any home loan benefit as you both are not owners of the property.
No u can take benefit of deduction and other benefit because u r not owner
bank people are saying we will give you certificate that you both are paying the home loan, based on that you can claim deductions..

no you can't do that. get the property registered in both of your names then only you can claim deduction
