Please tell me about budget 2017-18
GST is a uniform tax across the country.Earlier goods and services are taxed separately.
For example:
On services : service tax
On Goods : If Intrastate sale - levy of vat statewide.
If Interstate sale - CST etc all these taxes are indirect taxes which can be compensated by single rate of tax
