Pls help me.

I want to fill online exam form for IPCC may 2012, but i forgot my roll no of CPT Passed in june 2009. And i aslo dont have a copy of my result. Pls help me how can i get it. Or pls advise me if i leave it as blank does it will create a problem to appear me in the examination.?

Pls anybody help me...!!!

Try to find Hall Ticket or ur friends who given exam with u. Or go to ICAI institute's student section give ur registration no. they will surely help u. Dont leave it blank for sure it will create problem
