Tell what about point of taxation RUle 2011... it is a very simple 3 page rule, can be found in cbec .gov.in website if you want.

No, actually it is very relevant for our final exam, even in may 2012 exam it was asked, i expect atleast 1 question based on it in nov 2012 exam also, it being very relevant after the changes in july this year

POTR is Very easy

key point to remember is IDT are 

1. 30 days of service

2. 6 months of service

3. bill date for Service providerand payment date for service reciever.

Yeah the points dont make sense, but i want you to read the POTR, so just gave data than information.
