Help - exam form to be submitted????

HELLO EVERYONE 

I COMPLETED MY ARTICLES LAST MONTH BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ARTICLES COMPLETION CERTIFICATE. IN EXAM FORM IT IS WRITTEN THAT IT IS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE FORM. NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO. SHALL I LEAVE THAT OR WHAT.???? 

HOW TO PROCEED . PLEASE HELP.

i think u can submit the form without the articles completion certificate .............

how come. it is written that it is to be compulsorily be attached.

Based on my personal experience, Articles completion certificate is not required to be attached with the exam form.

Attach the acknowledgement of the form 108 submitted to ICAI.
