DONT  WORRY.  THE  LATEST FORMAT OF LFAR  AND  THE  OTHER REPORTS WHICH NEEDS  TO BE CERTIFIED BY YOU,  WOULD  BE  GIVEN TO YOU AS A SOFT  COPY IN A CD  DURING THE  INITIAL  CENTRAL AND BRANCH  AUDITORS MEETING.  ALMOST ALL THE  CLARIFICATIONS  WOULD BE GIVEN IN THE MEETING.  FURTHER, YOU CAN ATTEND  SEMINARS ON BANK BRANCH  AUDITS  ORGANISED  AT VARIOUS  CITIES AND TOWNS.  THE  LATEST  PUBLICATION  GUIDANCE  NOTES  ON BANK AUDITS  2008  OF   ICAI  IS AVAILABLE IN ALL  THE  SALES COUNTERS OF THE  INSTITUTE  AND  CHAPTERS.

I would like to have a detailed idea of the procedures that I need to conduct during conducting an audit of a branch of SBI. I don't have any idea of bank audit. Pls. also give a link of latest LFAR format, and any ither forms required. Or pls. mail the file to me...

We have been appointed as branch Statutory auditors but, bank did not provide Soft copy of LFAR & Other required reports and certificates to be signed. Could any one can send us ?

Classifiaction & Provision of assete in Standard, Sub standard etc, CRR for Banks , & other reqirements if any
