Padhuka's book is best. it contains past year questions too.
Tulsian is the best and easy to understand by anyone.
IS IT GOOD FOR PRACTICAL PROBLEM OF COSTING AND FM ( PADHUKA SIR). HOW IS IT LANGUAGE PLEASE SUGGEST ME.
