Dear Sreebala , please refer the following link :
Instructions : Take the print out of the file , fill the form manually , make a DD of Rs.100 and send it to the address mentioed in the file
As a result you will receive a duplicate marksheet of your CPT result within 15 - 20 days after the application has been received by the Institute
