What I feel is that U must gain some experience. U can work for some period with consultancy service, to know the nature of work, clients , about financial  institurion and banks , their priority sector, requirement of documents types of facilities etc. In this field preparation of project is  more important. It depends on experience,contacts with clients and institution, banks etc.
