If A GTA has provided service to me and I am a recipient of service,
And GTA gave me A Consignment Note charging @ 5% on RCM..
SO Sir i would pay GST @ 5% so am i Eligible to take ITC or not?????

Yes you are eligible for ITC post payment of RCM
Yes but if u paid 5%as RCM then u will not take ITC

in the note the GTA may mention 5% RCM amount. but you have to pay the GTA only the frieght value. RCM amount must be paid by you through portal while filing returns and claim the same paid amount of ITC during the same month itself
