Articeship Form 107

Since you have filed Form 108 and excess leave is reflected, you need to serve the excess leave period as extended articleship.

If you are continuing under the same Principal without any break, you should execute and submit Form 107 — Supplementary Deed of Articles through the ICAI SSP portal. The extension period should be equal to the excess leave days.

After completing this extended period, you will again have to file Form 108 for completion of the supplementary training period.

Please ensure Form 107 is filed within the prescribed time on SSP; otherwise, condonation fee may apply. If there is any break between original completion date and extension start date, check with ICAI RO because Form 103 may be required instead of Form 107.
