I already filled gstr1 and now here is gstr3b. I have made all supplies to registered dealers. Should I filled gstr3b weather here is no tab for detail of outword supplies. Reverse charges is also not applicable in july.

Whatever applicable to you you have to fill and submit it to the government as it is compulsory to fill form 3b not optional for all registered persons.
