Sir whats the meaning of Counter Party Submit status ? and if the blank is No ..what does it indicate ?

It means the party has not filed the GSTR1.
They have only submitted it.
You won't be able to modify/edit those invoices.

You can edit/ modify/ accept the invoices in GSTR2 after generating it.
Once you generate the file, refresh after some time and then click on first table 3,4.
In that you can make the changes.
