is gst applicable for me ?
is under rcm?
if yes what is the rate i should pay ?
and i heard from someone that if cash limit of expenses increase of rs.5000/- a day include rent
you should pay gst ?
please tell me the answer.
In the day you are making the rent payment and no other payment, then it is exempted. And if you are making other payment and total exceeds Rs 5000/- then tax be charged on difference amount
