Dear Sheetal,
the MRP normally includes all taxes and retailer margin.
MRP somewhat mandated by legal metrology act to create awareness about the product.
we are not supposed to charge anything more than MRP
hope it is clear.

yes MRP generally carry all the taxes.
GST is charged on transaction value
