GST summary
I am a grain merchant . for eg: im ordering a rice to supplier , the supplier make a bill of 31/10/17 but the supplier is of Delhi it takes minimum 2 days to arrive me. so when I should enter the purchase in last month or this month ... (on 31/10/17 or 02/11/17)

transaction should be recorded as EARLIER of these given below ::
1. Date of Invoice
2. Receiving of Goods Date
as it is INVOICE DATE i.e., 31-10-2017
