Gst return dates

sir i have a question when i m logging to GST Portal for filing GSTR1 for the month of july submit button was disabled. Why??

please suggest me.  thanks

hi i would like to know 1 thing the submit button disable why?? and other buttons also disable example FILE WITH EVC AND DSC

Because the same has not been activated as yet. You can prepare GSTR 3B online, save the form and pay tax using the utilities. The facility for setting off the payment against liability and filing the return shall be made available shortly as notified  by the Department.
