Dear sir,
1. Can Return be revised under GST?
2. At the time of filling GSTR1 AND GSTR2, Can Soft Copy of invoice be uploaded/ attached in GST Portal?

There is no provision for revised return in GST.
While filing return, details of invoices are to be filled and not to be uploaded.
If Invoice filled at GSTN server your ASP is create GSTR1 . you check and upload GSTR1 at GSTN
Dear Sir, Do you believe reverse charge is applicable all type of general expenses like tea purchase, stattionery,Travelling expenses etc?
