Gst regitration for business unit of revenue below threshold limit
my friend is having a small printing busuness - currently not registered with state vat (w.b.) or service tax. whether gst registration is must for his business since customer's procurement deptt is asking for gstn provisional id as compliance for vendor renewal

if customer wants to work only with gst reg vendors then he has no choice. all of our customers are also asking for our prov id.
