Gst reg. is getting late
i have applied for gst.since it is getting late can i purchase as unregistered dealer and when the the reg is approved can the supplier replace the b2c bill with b2b??.pls reply thanks in advance..

Inform the same to supplier and can purchase. If, the GST Number not received before the end of a Tax period (Month) supplier can't update the same in his sale Invoice.

Not required. e waybill is only for the movement of goods.

Hi nicson john, there is a rule in GST act that unregister dealer register now. In this you can apply for ITC based on filing of form. I think it is suitable for you
A provisional certificate is always received.
