what is form 26???
It is provisional certificate of migration into GST, it is issued by GSTN to all existing registered entities, you have to migrate into GST within 3 months or later date if date extended. It will stands cancel if you doesn't migrate into GST within 3 months.
how to do that??

After logging into gst.gov.in you need to upload requisite documents after verification of same govt will issue ackg. Of migration into gst.
status is being shown migrated on GST portal.
what to do next ?
Then you dont need to do anything your migration process is completed.
