Gst refund offline utility error

Hello Members,

I am not able to upload Statement 3 in Online Refund Application for a week. Before that, I have filed applications, no issues at all.

While validating in Offline utility, no errors. But while uploading, there is error showing to update latest utility. But I am using latest utility, MS - Excel 2013, Windows 7 and Opera Browser. 

Anyone having solution for this, reply me...

. shipping bill date is 09-09-2017 and the EGM DATE IS 11-09-2017

ANOTHER ONE ERROR IS SHOWING 

IN THIS CASE SHIPPING BILL DATE IS 13-09-2017 & EGM DATE IS 21-09-2017

Friends, there are a lot of problems in the offline utility which I have downloaded from the gst portal.

First of all, when I copy and paste the data directly from my excel sheet, it just gives many errors. I contacted the gst helpline and they suggested me to first paste the data to a notepad file and then again copy from there and paste to the offline utility. I just did that and found that it worked for me.  

But again there is an error : SI.No with Duplicate Entry in row Number 13

I have tried in many ways by changing the serial numbers, but nothing was of any help.

Now, I am unable to create a json file due to this error. 

Can anyone help me please?

Still not found the answer to this problem.... Tried contacting GST helpline several times, but they just do not try to even understand what the actual problem is... They just give some standard email reply and close the case...... Still fighting to create a json file......

Sir where to get EGM details? pleases guide.................
