refund is there in gst if suppose we issue the invoice for the material in the month of August and pay the GST in that month and the party returns the good then can the GST be refund on that

is there any credit note format and also please confirm refund can be done in the next month or need to be done on same month when the good where sale

That is business. You can get from your customer for Material return. They ll give Debit Note as it's your credit Note.
You ll show it in Your GSTR 1 return... Under Credit/Debit note head...
the format is same as invoice only you have to give invoice ref no and date of supply and this you can show in next month also as per GST act upto 180days you are allowed to show the credit note
